2. Add vegetable broth to a saucepan and bring to a boil. Add in polenta and stir constantly until no lumps remain. Reduce to a simmer, add in salt, and cook for about <timer>, stirring regularly until polenta starts to thicken.
3. Clean chanterelle mushrooms with a mushroom brush, knife, or paper towel. Cut off dry stalks.
